November 16, 2022 – Due to snowfall this month, the tourism business has picked up at many places in Himachal Pradesh. Hotel rooms were booked at various locations, including Kullu, Manali, Dalhousie, and Narkanda. The winter season is expected to be longer this year.
Tourists have already started arriving in Shimla from Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, and Uttar Pradesh. Shimla Hotel and Restaurants Association President Prince Kukreja said snowfall would be white gold for the tourism business. Inquiries are being made about the hotels after the fresh snowfall. The number of tourists has also started increasing in Manali. Around 60 to 80 Volvo buses are daily reaching Manali. This figure is expected to get close to 100 from next week.

Advance Bookings between December 15 to January 5
Advance Booking in hotels has started from December 15 to January 5, including Shimla, Kullu, Manali, Dalhousie, and Kasauli. For this period, most of the hotel rooms are likely to be booked in advance by this month itself.
