Terms & Conditions
The basics that apply when you book a package or visit WildHawk.
These terms apply to enquiries, bookings and visits to WildHawk. By booking a package or entering the property, you agree to them.
Last updated: July 2026
We've kept these plain. They cover how bookings work, what we expect on-site for everyone's safety, and the usual points about liability. If anything here is unclear, call us before you book.
Bookings and enquiries
All visits and packages are arranged directly with WildHawk by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. A booking is confirmed only once we've agreed the details with you and any required advance is received.
Prices are quoted per enquiry based on group size, dates and inclusions, and are valid for the period we state when we quote them.
Payments
Payment terms — including any advance to hold a date — will be confirmed at the time of booking. Please settle any balance as agreed. We'll always tell you what's included in your package before you confirm.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as you can. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms will be explained when you book.
We may need to alter or cancel activities for reasons outside our control, such as weather or safety. If we do, we'll work with you to reschedule or adjust your visit.
Safety and supervision
Adventure activities such as ziplining, rock climbing, rappelling and archery are run by our trained staff with proper equipment. For everyone's safety, you must follow the instructions of our staff at all times.
Some activities have age, health, weight or fitness requirements. Please tell us in advance about any medical conditions so we can advise which activities are suitable. We may decline participation in an activity where safety requires it.
Children and groups
Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults, parents or guardians throughout the visit. For school and college groups, supervising staff are responsible for their students alongside our activity instructors.
Conduct on the property
We want everyone to enjoy their visit. We ask guests to respect the property, the natural surroundings and other guests. We may ask anyone whose behaviour is unsafe or disruptive to leave without refund.
Liability
Adventure activities carry inherent risks, which we manage carefully through trained supervision and equipment. To the extent permitted by law, WildHawk is not liable for loss, injury or damage arising from a guest's failure to follow safety instructions or from risks inherent in outdoor and adventure activities.
Please look after your personal belongings; we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or left behind.
Photography
We may take photographs or video during activities and events for our records and promotion. If you'd prefer not to appear in these, just let our staff know on the day.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. The terms in force at the time of your booking apply to your visit.
