
<p>May 28, 2021 &#8211; <a href="http://wildhawk.in/gangotri-highway-today-current-status/">Gangotri highway</a> has been blocked due to heavy landslides near Sunagar due to rain in the early hours of Friday. BRO personnel are trying to restore traffic by removing debris and boulders here. The highway is expected to be restored by late evening.</p>



<p>Efforts to restore traffic have not been successful due to heavy boulder falling from the top of the hill.</p>



<p>Due to landslide, Villages like Harsil, Mukhba, Dharali, Jaspur, Jhala, Sukki, Gangnani, Hurri etc. have been isolated along with Gangotri Dham and Indo-China border.</p>
