<p>Rani Ki Vav is a site erected as a memorial to King Bhimdev I in the 11th century. This stairwell is designed like an inverted temple with seven levels of stairs. The site has a structure containing striking and highly detailed sculptures and intricate carvings that adorn each of its walls.</p>



<p>This place is one of the most visited tourist sites in the state of Gujarat.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">2. Konark Sun Temple</h3>

<p>The Konark Sun Temple is a temple built in 1255 AD by King Narasimhadeva I. This stunning temple is shaped like a giant chariot, with twelve pairs of beautifully decorated stone wheels pulled by seven horses.</p>



<p>The temple was also built from Khondalite rocks. Many tourists come every year to witness the beauty of the temple firsthand.</p>

<p>The Bhimbetka Caves are a sanctuary from the Stone Age. This place is considered to be the earliest trace of human life left in India. There are several main attractions including a number of drawings and paintings found in this structure.</p>



<p>The drawings and paintings are thought to be more than 30,000 years old. These paintings are made in plant colors and feature various animal and human figures.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">4. Group of Monuments in Mahabalipuram, Tamil Nadu</h3>

<p>The Monument Group at Mahabalipuram is a historical temple complex that was built in a time span starting from the 7th century AD. At that time, the area was under the rule of the local Pallava kings.</p>



<p>The site features some of the earliest surviving examples of stone temples in Dravidian architecture.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">5. Khajuraho Monument Group, Madhya Pradesh</h3>

<p>The Khajuraho Group of Monuments is a site that dates back to the 11th century CE. This site consists of Hindu and Jain&#8217;s temples located in Madhya Pradesh. The site is known for its intricate architecture and highly detailed sculptures.</p>



<p>In the past, the site consisted of more than 85 temples spread over 20 square kilometers. But currently only consists of 25 temples spread over six square kilometers.</p>

<p>The center of the 14th century Vijayanagara Empire, Hampi, was once the second-largest medieval city in the world. Now this place is one of the lists of outstanding ruins among the greatest tourist attractions in India.</p>



<p>This site has an area of ​​4,100 hectares. The site also contains the remains of more than 1,600 buildings, including forts, royal and sacred complexes, temples, shrines, water structures, and much more.</p>
