<p>A 26 member team with 13 kids aged Just 5-7 year, which reached Uttarkashi for trekking from Bengaluru, has set a new record by climbing Kedarkantha Peak at an altitude of 12,500 ft.</p>
<p>It is truely said that passion and daring is not something related to age. The area around the trek is still reported to have around 7 feet of snow.</p>
<p>Villagers at Saud village offered home stay and welcomed the group with local traditional music.</p>
<p>The entire region received heavy snowfall this year as compared to previous year, which is not yet melted. It is very difficult to trek in the region during this time but these 5-7 year old kids made it to the top.</p>
