November 03, 2022 – The weather in Jammu and Kashmir will change again. According to the Meteorological Department in Srinagar, rain and snow will occur in parts of Jammu and Kashmir on November 5 and 6. The weather may be worse in some parts on Sunday. Weather will change in Kashmir from November 4.
In case of bad weather, the Mughal Road, the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway, and the Srinagar-Leh National Highway may be hit. The weather remains cold in the valley. Last night’s minimum temperature was recorded at minus 1.0 degree Celsius in the world-famous tourist destination Gulmarg.
Day temperatures hover 3 to 4 degrees below normal in most parts of Kashmir. The day temperature in the capital Srinagar was recorded at 18.5, and the minimum temperature at night was recorded at 5.0 degrees Celsius. The minimum temperature in Pahalgam at night was 0.2 degree Celsius.
With clear weather throughout the day, Jammu recorded a maximum temperature of 31.1 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 15.3 degrees Celsius at night. The Minimum temperature was 7.2 in Banihal, 9.0 in Batote, 15.5 in Katra, and 5.3 degrees in Bhaderwah. The weather will remain clear in Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.
