
<p>December 28, 2023: Mussoorie, known for its enchanting landscapes, has come alive with the commencement of the Winter Line Carnival today, December 27. The event, marked by a cultural procession, saw the unfurling of the green flag by Bollywood film director Vishal Bharadwaj, SDM Dr. Deepak Saini, and Sandeep Sahni, the State President of the Uttarakhand Hotel Association. Cultural teams from various regions are presenting their performances during the carnival, which will traverse from the Survey Ground to Library Chowk.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">The Star Night Extravaganza </h2>



<p>On the first day of the carnival, SDM Dr. Deepak Saini announced that the Star Night, a major attraction, will feature Padma Shri awardee Basanti Bisht at 7 PM and popular singer Reshma Shah, along with Ruhann Bharadwaj, at 8 PM in the town. Additionally, there will be a Star Gazing program at Garhwal Terrace at 8 PM.</p>
