Garjia Zone Open for Tourists, Corbett National Park

&NewLine;<p>November 02&comma; 2022 – The Garjia Zone of Corbett National Park is now open for tourists&period; On the first day&comma; 282 Indian and 14 foreign tourists enjoyed Jungle safari at Garjia Zone&period; They spotted two tigers&period; The Garjia Zone was closed in June&period; After that&comma; NTCA banned safari at Garjia zone&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>After getting permission from NTCA&comma; the Corbett administration started safari at the zone on Tuesday morning by making a gate from Ringauda&period; Deputy director Neeraj Sharma and MLA representative Madan Joshi flagged off the gypsy of the tourists&period; Bina Devi&comma; an elderly lady of Ringauda&comma; &ZeroWidthSpace;&ZeroWidthSpace;inaugurated the gate by cutting the lace&period; On this occasion&comma; Park Warden Amit Gwasikoti&comma; Eco-Tourism Ranger Sanjay Pandey&comma; Bijrani Ranger Binder Pal&comma; and local villagers were present&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Bijrani Ranger Binderpal said that on the first day&comma; 25 gypsies went on Jungle safari in the morning&comma; whereas 30 gypsies went in the evening shift&period; 119 Indians and nine foreigners took safari in the morning&comma; whereas 163 Indians and four foreign tourists visited in evening&period; So 282 Indian and 14 foreign tourists enjoyed the jungle safari on the first day&period; Tourists spotted two tigers in the morning shift&comma; whereas one tiger and a leopard were spotted in the evening&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
