June 28, 2021 – Uttarakhand High Court has finally ruined it all by applying ban on Chardham Yatra 2021, Which was about to start from 1st of July 2021.
Earlier, The state cabinet had decided to open the Chardham Yatra for the people of the respective districts. From July 1, people of Chamoli district were able to visit Badrinath Dham, people of Rudraprayag Kedarnath Dham and people of Uttarkashi district to visit Gangotri, Yamunotri.
Unfortunately, after this pilgrims will now not be able to go for Chardham Yatra.
