President Draupadi Murmu Commences Three-Day Visit to Uttarakhand

&NewLine;<p>November 07&comma; 2023 – President Draupadi Murmu has begun her three-day visit to Uttarakhand&comma; with security arrangements heightened across various regions&comma; including Dehradun&comma; Garhwal&comma; and Kumaon&period; Several programs are scheduled during her visit&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<h2 class&equals;"wp-block-heading">Here is the President&&num;8217&semi;s itinerary&colon;<&sol;h2>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<ul class&equals;"wp-block-list">&NewLine;<li>Tuesday&colon; President will depart from Delhi for Bareilly at 9&colon;55 AM on a special plane and arrive in Bareilly at 10&colon;40 AM&period; From there&comma; she will proceed to Pantnagar by MI-17 helicopter&comma; departing at 10&colon;50 AM and arriving at 11&colon;25 AM&period; In the evening&comma; at 3&colon;25 PM&comma; the President will take off from Pantnagar by MI-17 helicopter and arrive at the GTC Heliport in Dehradun at 4&colon;40 PM&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Wednesday&colon; The President will travel from GTC Heliport to Badrinath Heliport at 9&colon;20 AM and arrive at 10&colon;20 AM&period; At 11&colon;40 AM&comma; she will depart from Badrinath and reach Srinagar Heliport at 12&colon;15 PM&period; Later&comma; at 3&colon;50 PM&comma; the President will depart from Srinagar Heliport and arrive at GTC Heliport in Dehradun at 4&colon;40 PM&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<li>Thursday&colon; The President will depart from Dehradun on a special plane at 12&colon;05 PM and arrive in Delhi at 12&colon;50 PM&period;<&sol;li>&NewLine;<&sol;ul>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>President Murmu will also participate in the 35th convocation ceremony of GB Pant University of Agriculture and Technology&comma; where she will be the chief guest&period; The event will be attended by Governor &lpar;Retd&period;&rpar; Gurmeet Singh&comma; Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami&comma; Defense Minister Ajay Bhatt&comma; and Agriculture Minister Ganesh Joshi&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>During the convocation&comma; 1&comma;041 students who have completed their courses in 2022-23 will be awarded degrees&comma; including 626 undergraduates&comma; 310 postgraduates&comma; and 105 PhDs&period; Eleven gold medals&comma; 11 silver medals&comma; and 10 bronze medals will be awarded based on academic excellence&period; Additionally&comma; the most outstanding student will receive the Kuladhipati Gold Medal&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Five students will receive awards for exceptional achievements in various fields&comma; including the Saraswati Panda Award&comma; Shrimati Nagamma Shantabai Award&comma; Dr&period; Ram Shiromani Tiwari Award&comma; Chaudhary Charan Singh Memorial Intellectual Award&comma; and Puran Anand Adlakha Award&period; Two students will be honored with the Bharat Ratna Pandit Govind Ballabh Pant Award&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
