October 29, 2022 – A female tourist, including a pilot, was injured after paragliders did not open at Gadani, a paragliding site under Ujhi Valley in Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu district. Woman Rita, 39 wives of Ghanshyam resident Harikrushan Sector-3 Poonagam Surat, Gujarat, has complained to the police. The woman said she and her husband took a taxi from Manali to Shimla on Friday.
On the way to Nanbagh stop, then booked to do paragliding here. For which we have not been given any receipt. The pilot raced for paragliding in Gadani. During this, the paraglider did not open from the pilot. Due to this, both fell into a sloping place. The woman and the pilot suffered injuries. ASP Ashish Sharma said that the police had registered a case.
