
<p>October 28, 2022 – A youth who went on the Gomukh Yatra from Gangotri has gone missing, in search of which the SDRF, Police, and Forest Department team is engaged. However, the youth is yet to be traced. On October 21, Delhi residents Naveen and Aman left Gangotri for Gomukh.</p>



<p>Both had reached Gangotri on the evening of October 20. However, after going about five km ahead of Gangotri, Aman returned due to ill health, while Naveen left for Gomukh but did not return yet. His companion Aman, who was waiting for Naveen in Gangotri, informed the Forest Department on October 23 about Naveen&#8217;s non-return.</p>



<p>Aman said that he waited for Naveen till October 22; he thought that Naveen must have stayed in Bhojwasa due to fatigue. On Monday, on the Forest Department information, the police and SDRF sent the team in search of Naveen.</p>



<p>SDRF Inspector Jagdamba Prasad said that the team launched a search operation till Tapovan, but Naveen has not been traced. On the other hand, Harshil police station in-charge Dilmohan Singh said that a missing person had been registered on the information of Aman. Search continues. SO Dilmohan noted that according to the information received from Aman, Naveen has gone to Tapovan twice in the past.</p>
